A dash means there is no confirmed independent measurement for that service — we do not publish numbers we cannot source. The order is our editorial rating: it cannot be bought and does not depend on affiliate payouts. How we rank
No service in our rating leads on every criterion, so here is the leader on each one.
How leaders are picked: only services in our rating are compared. A gap under 5% in price, 5 points in indexing rate, 20% in speed, $0.50 in deposit or 0.3 in rating counts as a tie. Ratings count only with 3+ approved reviews. Data updated: October 2026. Methodology · Blacklist

Understanding the process will help you choose the right service
You upload a list of links that need to be indexed to the chosen service.
The service notifies search engines about new pages via API, ping, sitemap, and other methods.
Search engine bots visit your pages and analyze their content.
Pages are added to the search engine index and become available in search results.
No single backlink indexer wins on every measure, so compare the leaders on each one: indexing rate, time to the first search-bot visit, price per link and the average score from approved user reviews. A cheap service with a low indexing rate can cost more per indexed link than a pricier one that refunds unindexed links. Services we don't recommend are not in the rating — they are on the blacklist. Among the services in our rating, the current leaders are: Indexing Expert — highest indexing rate (55%); SpeedyIndex — fastest first bot visit (±30 minutes) and best user rating (4.3/5 · 16 reviews); 2Index.Ninja — lowest price per link for Google ($0.01).
Indexing is the process of adding web pages to a search engine's database. Until a page is indexed, it won't appear in search results.
Natural indexing can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. Services speed up this process by notifying search engines about new pages.
Most services use legitimate methods (Google Indexing API, ping, sitemap). However, we recommend choosing proven tools from our ranking.
Submit the URLs to a link indexing service: it sends them to search engine crawlers instead of waiting for Google to discover them. With most services the first bot visit happens within hours. Check that the pages are indexable first — no service can index a page with noindex or one blocked in robots.txt.
Prices range from fractions of a cent to tens of cents per link, and minimum deposits usually start at a few dollars. Some services refund links that do not get indexed, so compare the price per indexed link, not just the list price.
Eventually, but many backlinks — especially on pages with little traffic — are crawled late or never. An indexing service shortens that delay. It cannot force Google to keep a page it considers low quality.
A backlink indexer — also called a link indexer or URL indexer — is a service that submits your pages and backlinks to Google and other search engine crawlers instead of waiting for them to be discovered. A link that sits unindexed passes no value, so for link building the indexing step matters as much as getting the link.
We compare every active link indexing service on the same four measurements:
The best backlink indexer is not always the cheapest one: a service that indexes half of your links at a lower price can cost more per indexed link than a pricier one with a refund guarantee. That is why the rating shows price and indexing rate side by side.
